MONIKA MITCHELL: Executive Director, Editor-in-Chief

Monika Mitchell is the Executive Director and Editor-in-chief of Good Business International, Inc. (GoodB). She founded GoodB in response to the growing need to unify and support the global good business community. Monika is an internationally renowned leader in the Better World Business movement. She is a media expert and public speaker on the changing trends in 21st century better business. Monika has written hundreds of articles on social and business values for popular print and media publications.

Monika has served as the Chief Operating Officer for Wall Street financial services recruiting firm, RMG Search, Inc. for 12 years. She is also an associate member of the United Nations NGO CSVGC Values & Business Working Group. A former stage actress and theatrical producer in New York, Monika holds a BA from the SUNY. She is currently completing a master’s degree on Economics & Human Rights from Skidmore College. Monika co-authored Leadership Moments, with CEO Ron Lezniak, Arthur Jue, PhD, and Peter Ressler. Also she co-authored the award-winning business ethics guidebook, Spiritual Capitalism.
